When it comes to drag racing in Canada, one event has withstood the test of time as the biggest spectacle in straight line racing – the Mopar Rocky Mountain Nitro Jam Nationals in Edmonton.

Featuring three full days of championship drag racing and one of the largest assortments of racing classes in the world, the annual Mopar Rocky Mountain Nitro Jam Nationals has something for fans of all ages and it all gets underway June 24-26 at legendary Castrol Raceway.

“Edmonton is one of the biggest and most exciting events on the Nitro Jam schedule and has been for some time. Nowhere in drag racing can you see a larger variety of racing classes and witness three full days of non-stop drag racing all without an empty seat in the house,” said IHRA President Aaron Polburn. “You can feel the intensity on the track as these drivers know what it means to win against the best and that is exactly what this race provides – the best racing in Canada.”
